Pain in my buttcrack a primary hsv2 infection?

I've been having pain in my buttcrack for 7 weeks after having unprotected vaginal sex with an hsv2 infected person. They had no visual symptoms at the time. I have no sores or blisters or rashes. We did not have anal sex. Vaginal only. But we also did it vaginally from behind. They did touch my butthole with their hands briefly. Haven't had any other symptoms other than a 7 week long ache in my buttcrack.

Could this be signs of a primary hsv2 infection?

Either way, herpes isnt going to cause pain for 7 weeks. This is not herpes related

Is it deep pain as if in a nerve or is it pain on the surface of the skin?

It is neither. It feels like tingles, sometimes burning, or a muscle ache. Touching my skin I feel nothing.
