do i have herpes or another std??
okay so for the past 4 months i have been having an outbreak of hives everyday. they appear all over my body. im currently seeing a doctor and we are trying to figure out whats going on. but about 2 weeks ago i started to get red bumps on my penis and testicals. they differ inside some are large some are small. they dont seem to be puss filled. they are slightly itchy sometimes. they are just single bumps and are not clustered and from what i can tell they are nno blisters. they look like a pimple but without the puss and some are slightly larger than pimples. they started on my testicals and then spread to my penis. i have had sex with one girl and she was also a virgin. so unless she cheated on me i dont think its an std or sti but you never know. please help!
these could be any number of things. best to be seen monday for a proper exam.

but do you think it sounds like herpes from the descripton i gave or genital warts?
Your doctors can perform a swab culture/pcr test with typing on whats going on. Having hives everyday with herpes isn't going to be the cause. herpes has a period of time where you have no symptoms at all. Keep working with your doctors to find out what is going on. Your partner and you can do a type specific hsv igg test to know who has what. But even if you test positive that may not account for your current symptoms.
