Could it be herpes?

Hey,

I have developed 1 small dot just below the glan (foreskin). It's very small and almost not noticeable when my penis is erected. I remember having one of those 3 months ago but at another place on my shaft. It hurts somehow when I pee today. Usually people experience more than 1 spot?

I remember the other spot took about a couple days to heal and leave away. This is why I am pretty sure it looks like herpes.

I have been struggling with a redness on glans for a couple months now. Could this be due by herpes? Even if the single dot is gone, can the redness still be there?

I am very terrified by this right now. Could any other thing cause a small dot to appear?

Thank you

I know grace,

the thing is most GPs here have this picture of a NORMAL outbreak for herpes. I am not sure they know about all the asymptomatic outbreaks there are. I wish I could really believe I do not have anything. Do outbreaks usually reoccur at the same place? Does the pimple always hurt?

Thank you very much!

you've seen 2 providers who both think this doesn't look like herpes. Honestly not all doctors miss herpes and at this point you have no reason to doubt their advice.

Ok, so today I went to the hospital and saw a doctor. He told me my bump is not herpes and that I dont need to take a blood test for it. I wasn't convinced so I went to another clinic.
The doctor there told me the same thing. But what I find weird is that a lot of people say you  can have herpes with mild symptoms and u still have it but when you go to the doctor, they tell you it's nothing..

I'm kinda confused grace :(
