Razor Burn or something else?

I have a girlfriend and we have sex regularly well after maybe a year or so I started noticing i have little scabs on only the left side of my penis, usually the side thats harder to shave for me since im right handed. Im curious is this actually razor burn or is it something else? I dont have it on my rightside at all and only in a certain patch on my left side usually where i struggle to shave. I dont see any spreading, and i dont have any marks on my lips and neither does she or on her vagina. Is it possible for herpes to stay only on one side of the penis and not spread at all? They dont hurt or itch at all. I thought they could be ingrown hairs but im not sure. Also my girlfriend's cervix and vagina hurts after we have sex is this normal or could something be wrong with me and her? Thanks

Why don't you just leave it alone?

Herpes doesn't just hang out on your penis for long periods of time.
