Dude you're freaking yourself out u just had oral sex lol everyone would have an std if what you're thinking was true. Hiv doesn't present symptoms this quickly anyways either. Just chillax u had oral sex
this doesn't sound like herpes going on. see your provider for more work up.
My questions:
(a) Can Herpes recurrence shows up in 24 hrs post exposure? My IgG test shows that I have herpes HSV 1.
(b) What treatment do I need to take for the lesion to cure? The pigmentation is different from surrounding. Now it is waxy look, a bit raised up if penis is erected.
(c) Today is post exposure 33 days. I saw the mark the next day after exposure.
no std is going to show up the next day.
continue to follow up as needed.
I only saw the 0.5mm oval shape mark the next day of the exposure, did not see the mark / any blood when i used a tissue to clean my penis head. What is the risk of HIV?
I hv seen a GP, he told me is abrasion, not STD.
Now is flat and is merely the colour is different from surrounding skin.
No pain / no itchy.
you are spending far too much time looking at your penis from the sounds of things.
continue to follow up with your providers for better answers.
If my penis is not erected, the skin is flat, is merely the colour different, the 0.5cm oval shape is freshy look.
If my penis is erected, the 0.5cm oval shape will be very slightly raised.
If I sketch the skin, can see the 0.5 cm oval shape becoming a white line, nothing else.
Is this std??
so the 0.5mm mark on my penis head is not STD related??
I only received oral sex and today is Day 25 and my Pus Cell is normal. So now I only need to worry for Syphilis and HIV!!
In this forum, experts and doctors always saying that oral sex has no risk for HIV. However, will the 0.5mm mark increase the risk for HIV? After oral sex, I used a tissue paper to clean the penis head, I did not see any mark or bleeding. Only the next day morning, then I saw the mark.
bad assumption on your part. most adults will test + for hsv1 and most of them don't have it genitally.
odds are this isn't std related. continue to be seen as needed.
Only blood test HSV - 1 positive....
I just presume this is genital HSV - 1 recurrence.
Appreciate if you could answer my question above...... really need some good advice.
You didn't say how you were diagnosed
The question is I found an approx. 0.5mm long slighly raised skin on my penis head the next day after my expousure.
I remembered I did not see this raised skin after oral sex and while taking my bath on the same day.
I went to the GP, he told me is not std from the appearance, it could be abrasion. But I cannot understand the abrasion mark only appeared the next day? Not immediate after the exposure?
I have 2 concerns now:
(a) Now is already Day 22 post exposure, the mark is still there, slightly improved, but if I pull the skin, I can see a white line appear and nothing else. If leave it, it is slighyl raised and look waxy a bit. My Pus Cell Count in Urine Test taken at Day 14 is normal, no bacteria found.
(b) If this is abrasion mark, and this mark is only appear the next day after exposure. Will increase the chance of getting HIV? If she has a bleeding gum.
(c) If this is abrasion mark, now is already Day 22. Should it look like surrounding skin by now?
recurrences of genital herpes heal in about 7-10 days.
how were you originally diagnosed as having genital hsv1?

Hi JessyJames,
When I stretch the penis head skin, the whole area is entirely flat, except I can see an approx 0.5 cm white line...
If I don't stretch the penis head skin, the 0.5cm mark will look freshy, pinky, waxy a bit, different to surrounding skin colour and texture.
I suspect this is the recurrence of HSV 1 - as I was having knee pain for 2-3 days last week.
Not sure it will take how long to see to get back to the same as surrounding skin texture and colour?
Your 21 to 26 days is the skin is healed or also including the texture and colour go back to the same as surrounding skin?
Thanks, Jessy,
Today is my Day 21 post exposure.
The wound still look freshy, pinky look compared to surrounding skin complexion. Is this normal?
