Back pains are quite rare with herpes and would just about always accompany lesions.
Headaches are also rare with genital herpes.
Rectal burning, purple look is very often stress. Yes fissures are very common and caused by too much poking around.
Upper back and arm also not related to genital herpes.
Hence no reason to suspect herpes, unless perhaps if you have had sex with a partner with HSV about 4 days before the symptoms first appeared. What is the sexual history here?

Hello Fleetwood.
Sexual encounter was oral sex 5 weeks ago. symptoms started about 1.5 weeks ago.
Any other advice would be appreciated. The sciatica in my leg is painful and seems too coincidental.
If this was herpes, then an initial infection with HSV1 doesn't wait around for 3.5 weeks before causing issues. You'd be experiencing lesions within 4 days on average. This is almost certainly not herpes. If you already have oral cold sores then genital HSV1 can be essentially eliminated as a cause.
Today i noticed 4 red pimples on my buttocks :(
Never gotten those before
Any other advice?
not herpes, that's for sure. You've had heaps of butt pimples before, just never took notice.
