Tingling gne+absence lesion MEAN prodrome ?

I NEED HELP
I'm very worried!
After I get insertive oral from CSW 9 weeks ago, I have discomfort feeling on my Tip of Penis... Just like tingling, more sensitive.
The tingling sensation happen in 2 weeks after exposure, and goes and heal in 4-5 days... I have no any symptom now... Just it..no blister, no sore, no ulcer, no bump,no lesion ...
1. Does HERPES'S Tingling sensation always following by blister,sore,OB?
2. Do I need to stop concern?

Just for make me sure,
Until now,there is not a single lesion,discharge,etc.... (11.5 week)
Can i move on....? And put off my Concern about herpes....?
