herpes or not

I had sex with a new partner in June and a week later i started getting a burn after urination. I took an STD test in Aug and everything come back negative. I continued feeling pain and went to see a urologist, he did a cystoscopy he told me everything looks fine. I went back to my regular doctor and we did a sec HiV test and urine test and everything cam back negative. Recently i started feeling a tingling/ numbing sensation on my left leg and my joints were week. I also feel like i have something stuck on my throat. I just want to make sure this is not Herpes. My STD test for were HSV 1 was 0.12 and HSV 2 was 0.18 which is negative. I would gladly appreciate any advice thanks

no, it wouldn't cause a false negative.

really no reason to think herpes has anything to do with your symptoms.

Hi grace its been over 7 months since the exposure i had a blood test done again to rule out herpes and everything cam beck negative. I have a couple of questions i was taking gabapetin and i understand that is used for nerve pain and to treat herpes could have that caused a false negative result. The other day i got a pimple on the shaft of my penis it looked like an ingrown hair, could this mean that the blood test were off and this is actually a herpes pimple? i have never had a pimple on me penis shaft thats why im kind of bothered plus i have these itchy feeling on my urethra that shoots all the way to my buttocks and i still have the thigh pain which has been constant since october.

you need to be seeing a neurologist at this point. have they done studies to check you for sciatica?

Yea I have been seeing my provider almost every month trying to figure out what this is she has me on gabapetin for a month but I still experience the constant pain and the ingrown hair. She also thinks this is all just anxiety and stress that is causing all these symptoms. Saw a dermatologist and he said I just have ingrown hair. So I seriously don't know what's going on with my body but this constant pain has been very irritating.

you would not have constant pains like this with herpes. have you seen your provider and/or a neurologist to try to look for causes of your leg pain?

HI grace it's been 6 months now I'm currently having the following symptoms. Constant left leg pain and its like a tingling sensation, I have ingrown hair on my anus and they hurt. I also get stings on my penis from time to time. Do these symptoms sound like herpes? And what do you think this could be?

no reason to think herpes as a cause. follow up with your provider for your leg pains.

Hi grace its been 5 months since my test and now im getting a tingle on my left leg and little sores on my grown. They dont hurt but i get itchy. I also shave so i dont know if its from shaving or an outbreak. Are these signs of herpes? my doc told me i dont need to take another test so im just double checking to be safe thanks. The numbness on the left leg has been going on for almost a 24 hrs.

indeed anxiety can play a big part sometimes. continue to follow up regularly with your urologist as needed.

I have this bumps on my groin and I'm still experiencing a burn on tip of penis. Plus a headache here and there. Could this be an STD or my mind is playing tricks on me because of anxiety.

none of your symptoms sound like herpes. even though it sounds like your herpes testing was done a little early, I wouldn't bother repeating it since if are negative herpes, you would've had very obvious and "classic" symptoms within a few days of being infected.

continue to follow up with your providers for your symptoms as needed to try to figure out what is going on.
