Life,
Thanks for answering my question.
The scab I had lasted from Wednesday until Saturday (3-4 days) and then fell off and underneath is a pinkish area where it used to be, but that seems to be decreasing.
Regardless of the past symptoms, is that a normal time frame for a herpes blister/scab to heal? Does it usually take a week or two or could it actually act this way as an acute outbreak? I've had no fever, swollen lymph nodes, congestion slightly, but nothing awful. It still itches slightly down there, but it's acute and not even that bad.
Thanks, Life.

I basically have the same symptoms as you but no vertical cut. It stings at the tip sometimes but it goes away. I have like a redness sensitive small part on the bottom of penis head but it is a little bit swollen. It has been like this for 4 or 5 days...not really pain just kinda there and occasionally uncomfortable. No burning when i pee and no discharge....
What do you guys think??
Checking back in on this. The soreness kinda went away in my penis head and then comes back here and there. Sometimes I can still see the cut.
My main question is this. After a night of masturbation, I got a rugburn like feeling on the left feeling of penile shaft. It came and went for a day and then last night I noticed what seemed like dried blood/scab. It doesn't itch or hurt on it's own, but it does hurt a tad when I touch it or try to masturbate.
Does this sound herpetic? Thank you.
A sore penis head would not be herpes. Topical penis irritations are most often fungal related.
Not to sound like a stupid question, but would a sore penis head be from Herpes? What do HSV sores feel like? Sting, burn?
Sometimes the head of my penis stings/burns after peeing or masturbating, but it feels more like someone punched me there and it's just sore and achy. I've been twisting my penis around back and forth looking for other sores and I'm wondering if that would do something...
thanks again
Hi, only testing would confirm what this is but it would not appear as genital herpes outbreaks as the area is not common and most often they would be painful sores that spread.
