Unknown growth on genitals

A couple of days ago I felt two bumps right underneath the opening of my vagina. They are basically the color of my skin with a little white in the middle. Just tonight four more appeared to have arose and they are about the same. The bumps are not clustered together, but are very sore. I'm really afraid this is herpes. Could it be something else?

Wait for the results.  Visual diagnoisis is wrong almost 1/3 of the time.  Even among HSV experts.

Did your doctor do a swab to culture the bumps?  What testing did he do?

I have been seen today and the doctor said it looked like herpes. But I have been looking at photos online of herpes, but what the bumps I have look nothing like it.

You should be seen by your provider for a proper work up.  This could be anything but does need the attention of a trained provider.  Please be seen as soon as possible.
