Red bumps on scrotum

Hi, about a week ago I noticed a red bump on the crack between my thigh and pubic area. I squeezed it and it bled. Then I picked at it with tweezers to see if it was an ingrown hair. I could not see a hair and now that spot is healing but will still bleed if I scratch it enough. I assumed this was some sort of irritation from shaving with a bad razor. After this I went to a strip club where I was pulled aside and a stripper spit on my penis a few times. I do not think her lips came in contact but I am not positive. 2 days after that I noticed 3 bumps similar to the other one on my right testicle. I attempted to pop them and see if I could find ingrown hairs but cannot get close enough to see hairs inside. After the next couple days of examining them and popping them. They appear to be healing but my anxiety can't make me help but worry that I cought herpes or some other std from this stripper. If anyone could shed some light on my situation it would greatly ease my worry.

Referred style pain is not a symptom of herpes. On rare occasions people experience a crawling feeling in the lower back and some even describe a sunburn feeling down the backs of the legs.

Again, you will not experience herpes lesions on the scrotum alone, it simply doesn't happen.

Another question: I am experiencing pain in my lower back after the bumps/blisters healed. I also feel something in my groin (possibly swollen lymph nodes?). Is it common to have these symptoms after the lesions heal? Or must they only occur while the lesions are there?

There is little more to say at this point. You had a zero chance event and have had no relevant symptoms and a doctor does not suspect herpes. You're all good. No need to be miserable on account of herpes, whether you do not have it, suspect you have it, or actually have it, it just isn't a big a deal to be depressed over.

If anyone could share some information I would appreciate it. My life has been miserable since the event

The doctor brushed it off as folliculitus but he only saw the bumps in their healing phase. Is it possible to identify the difference between herpes and folliculitus while the bumps are healing? He also said saliva does contract herpes. I am not concerned anymore about the saliva because if that's how I caught it I would assume there to be sores on the shaft

I have read that if you have never had a cold sore you are at high risk of receiving hsv1 genitally from oral sex. Is this true? I don't recall ever having a cold sore. I have had sores inside my mouth assuming from close contact with bacteria on teeth. I cannot seem to get this situation off my mind and everyday I seem to find a different reason to believe it is herpes. Many articles on the Internet suggest that oral to genital herpes is very common but from what you and others have told me the risk is very low

Possibly, but more likely these occur more frequently for you than you have ever realized. You're just focusing too much.

Sorry to be annoying but I am still concerned. My doctor ran a blood test but from what I've read it is too soon for the virus to show in my blood. If the stripper sucked my testicle for a few seconds is this likely why the bumps appeared on the testicle?

Are you able to speak on why these bumps have occurred 2 days after the incident?

No strong continual rubbing is required for any realistic chance.

Thank you. There was no chance even if she made contact with her lips (with or without a sore) assuming she has herpes.

There was no chance of a herpes infection occurring in what you describe and your symptoms are not suggestive of herpes either. All good!
