Could I have herpes?

I'm a 33 yr old male. A little over two weeks ago I went to a massage parlor. I got a sensual massage from a female. Although I did not have any sex with the girl (neither oral or intercourse), we both did take all our clothes off and fooled around. I laid face down on the massage table and she sat on my lower back/buttocks area and massaged my back. Then it dawned on me. Since her genitals sat for about 10 minutes on my lower back/buttocks area, I'm concerned that I may have contracted genital herpes since it can be spread by skin-to-skin contact. I have these things that seem to be pimples or bed bug bites and a small blister like thing that feels like an ant bite on the side of my buttocks.  These have been bothering me for a few days now and sometimes they burn. The pimple-like bumps are on my butt cheek about between my buttock and crack of my buttock. Is there a chance I could have gotten the virus from her by her sitting on my lower back/buttock area, or just by my naked body touching her genitals?  She told me she had genital herpes after all the massage was over.  I feel put myself in danger because her naked genitals touched my body.  I am concerned that there is a good chance I have the virus now.  Is there a really high chance I have the virus now?

I appreciate any advice.

herpes would not be on this many different body parts at one time. most likely something else going on.

Thank you Grace.

I have an appointment today with the doctor.  I hope everything is ok.  What bothers me the most is the small "red bump" that feels like a pimple in between my buttocks and two sort of "tiny blisters" on the side of my leg.  This bump and tiny blisters feel uncomfortable when I sit, as they sort of burn slightly, as if they were an infection.  I also itch on random parts of my body at random times.  Sunday night I noticed one of these really small blisters on my left palm of my hand, as if though it was an ant bite, sort of clear color, but by Monday it was gone.  I wonder where these "small blisters" come from.  They are also on the side of my leg now and it random spots.

Thanks again everyone for you input.

you have worrisome symptoms. go and be seen and get them properly evaluated. beats sitting at home worrying any day.

You do not have to have an outbreak to pass on herpes.. there is a phase that herpes goes through called shedding. That is when there are no signs or symptoms of an outbreak, but you are able to pass it on. She may have had an outbreak as well.. and you would not have known. Definitely go to the doctor and see what they say. They will probably open up one of the sores and swab it. good luck.

The only way you could have gotten the virus was if she was having an outbreak during the massage. I would highly recommend going to see a doctor and get tested. Plus, I believe it takes a bit longer than 2 weeks to be fully infected. I hope this helped a little...
