White dots in scrotum

Hi, I have white dots in my scrotum and im worried that i have Herpies. Their small white dots and their are only a few of them in my scrotum. But I also have white dots all around my penis. I do not konw if they are harmful or they are just hairs comming out because of puberty?

As petal said, if you are not sexually active, then it's not herpes.  I'm guessing from the fact that you are just now getting hairs from puberty, you are not sexually active.  Also, if hairs are coming out of the white bumps, than they are simply hair follicles.  Also, there are such bumps that occur on the scrotum and base of the penis known as sebaceous glands.  These are harmless, common, and not sexually transmitted.

Have you been sexually active? If not, it's not herpes (an STD).
