cluster of tiny bumps on each side of ureatha

Since last December I noticed a cluster of tiny bumps on each side of my penis hole. They are only noticeable when it is erect. They don't hurt or itch. I'm concerned its herpes but they've been there for months. Please help.

you'd have to go and be seen and get a proper exam done for better answers. this doesn't sound like any std going on.

I mean I guess you can kind of see it. But no pain or itch. Also I looked it up and herpes outbreak doesn't last this long. Will the bumps go away? Is it an infection? Do I have to surgically remove them? I just hope its not an std.

this isn't herpes going on.  no std will only cause symptoms that you can only see when erect.
