Possible herpes infection?

I am a 31 yr old male.

On Sept 28 I received unprotected oral from a female.

Since then I have had no contact with anybody else. I was given a prescription for Cialis in Oct to help with Peyronie's disease. Since Early Oct to Nov 14 I masturbated frequently to try to correct my Peyronie's curve. On Nov 15th I noticed redness on penis head rim from what I assume was friction. From Nov 16 - 26 I had a sensitive penis head and tingling needle like feeling.(and confused me with a needing to pee urgency)  I figured I injured my urethra. By the 28th my penis felt better so I masturbated 3-4 times in 2 days. The tingling/needling on the penis head and tip & the urine dribbling came back again. From Nov 29 to Dec 7th the sensitivity remained. After 2 days of it going away, Dec 9, I get out of a warm bath and notice a red spot on side of penis head, similar to where I had a friction burn. Also 2 needle tip size bright dots on the head. I freaked out but once I dried off an hour later the redness was very little. It is now the 12th of December and the redness is still there but very faint but sensitive. I am wondering even though this has not gotten worse or blistered could this be an outbreak since I had the previous week's of pain / needling in my penis head? I have not masturbated since Nov 28 so having a friction burn redness doesn't make sense.

Also to add-
-No discharge ever noticed
-Nothing has ever busted or crusted over
- My urologist saw me at the end of Nov and said that penis trauma is rare from masturbation but examined my penis & tested urine but found nothing
-I have been suffering from what I thought was hemmoroid/fissure for months but I recently learned that could be a symptom of herpes

Thank you,

What you describe especially in the absence of lesions is most assuredly not hsv related. Symptoms in the absence of lesions is far more rare than you will read online.

Thank you for your reply. I called the health department and they only seemed to do hsv tests if their is something to swab. All I have is a slightly red spot on rim of head on top where people have pearly puples
