from what I have read on case studies is the itching burning tingling of herpes olney laste1-4 days then you should have sores. Olney 20% of people have the symptoms and dont have sores. 70% of people will have symptoms with Sores the first 4-21 day's of exposure. And 80% of people will have sores in 3 months. 20% will have no symptoms or sores in the first 3 months. But if you were not looking for herpes 80 to 90% will miss or misdiagnosed the first symptoms.
This will help you work this problem out yoursealf. This is for hsv2 more aggressive then hsv1. This is from many independent research studies. Also from Laboratories trying to figure out vaccines for herpes. And vaccine trial and research company's. You have to know what you are fighting in order to know if what you are doing is working or not. You can give or take 5%-10% depinding on who did it. The symptoms till blisters usually stays the same.
On primary outbreak if you have symptoms do blisters usually show up? Meaning is it often to have some symptoms without others with the most common symptom being blisters. If someone did not have blisters on an initial outbreak what is the likelihood of getting on recurrence in particular for hsv1? Thanks. This should give me great knowledge and questions others I'm sure have
There are nerves that extend from the anus to the penis tip and having hemorrhoids or other rectual issue could lead you to believe the irritation is at the tip but in fact its originating from somewhere else.
I have not been squeezing and pulling my penis. If anything, the material decrease in sex and masturbation over the last 6 weeks has put less trauma on it I guess I'm just asking is there a reason you would have some symptoms without getting blisters on primary infection? How likely is that? Great feedback.
And by the way, thanks to Life360 by reminding me of another contributing factor to urethral pain, and sometimes even to abnormal discharge: repeated squeezing and massaging the penis then searching for discharge, lesions, etc. Hands off!
Almost everybody with pain attributed to a psychological origin denies the possibility and insist that in their case, it is "real" and most be something other than psychological. But for the most part they are simply wrong. The pain stemming from anxiety is every bit as real as pain from an injury or infection, just the pain mechanism is different. Tension headaches are caused by stress and nobody questions that the pain is real, from increased tension in muscles of the scalp, neck, jaw, etc. For genital anxiety pain, it's similar, inreased tension in pelvic muscles, the pain from which can be referred to the tip of the penis (or into the testicles, low back, etc) and can be quite sharp.
Accordingly, wise physicians and counselors don't say that pain like yours isn't real and you shouldn't interpret our comments (me, Vance, Life360, nurse girl, gracefromhpp, and others) that way. But that doesn't mean we are wrong about the cause.
I think this thread, and your questions about your fear of herpes, have gone as far as they can. Of course continue to work with your own doctors if your pain and other issues continue. But you're never going to get substantially different answers than you have had on your various threads, so there's not much point in continuing.
