do i have herpes?

Hello, I was on vacation in asia when i had sex with someone i didn't know. I received oral sex without a condom and then vaginal sex with protection. It has only been 10 days since my encounter and I am paranoid that i have contracted HSV. I noticed some discomfort within a few days, tingling in and around my penis. Then, on day 7, i noticed some discomfort in my anus. it started to get worse and i looked at the area, just below my anus, and i noticed a small cut, its about a couple centimetres in length. it doesn't hurt when i **** and it doesn't itch very much. i just notice it if i put pressure on it. I've been doing some research online and noticed that it could be genital herpes but is it possible for it to appear on my anus when i only recieved unprotected oral sex? please shed some light on this, Im pretty nervous about the whole situation. thank you.

You need to go and be seen.  It even could be a fungal infection. your regular doctor is a good place to start or a local std clinic.

Thanks for the quick response. I actually checked the region again and noticed that there is a couple small red dots that look like pimples in the same area that there is a small cut. I also just noticed that my groin has become a little swollen on either side of my scrotum. Basically im just confused about how my rectum could be affected by having oral sex. is this possible? Why do you not think its herpes? i would go have it checked but im still in asia and i dont know where a reliable place to go would be. so, any and all input it greatly appreciated. thanks again.

You should go see your doctor and have this looked at. It could be many, many things but it really doesn't sound like it's herpes.
