i tested igg after 4months negative
after my explore of 1yr 5months i had a blister shape of the pennis and the end...it is like pimple and painful and when i squeezed it frm that came white pus only one went away after one week and i had fever that time...

Certainly doesn't sound like a herpes lesion. Hsv lesions are not puss filled. Believe your testing

does they are water filled ...it comes only one or group of blisters
They are usually fluid filled water type blisters. There can be multiples in clusters or a single lesion
