Is it ingrown hair or herpes

I was shaving with a razor and I left it in the bathroom before hand there a several people who live here and a few days later I had a bump it hurt for me to walk sit down n burned for me to go pee I seen a doctor they said it was ingrown hairs but I don't feel like it. I get these little bumps that look like pimple and they keep filling up with puss when the break and leak. At first it was hard for me to walk sit or even move it got a little better now. The pumps are around the bottom of my vaginal area sometimes the yellow puss hardens and I have to wipe with a wet towelette. I'm worried because there are some bumps on the pink part of my vaginal are and there isn't hair there although I do shave from front to back. There is a very stinky odor it was very strong at first but not as much now.

Thanks I didn't mean puss it's more of a yellow liquid but I never had anything like this before. I will get it checked out thank u again.

Herpes doesn't smell bad and the lesions are not filled with puss. They are filled with liquid.
That beeing said please go get them looked at while they can be swabbed. Better to be safe plus it sounds like more going on than an ingrown hair and may need special attention. I am not suggesting it's hsv.
