I have unprotected sex over 14 months ago, about 4 months or more ago I had one white pimple type bump on the shafts of my penis, within 2 months I have a few more and some pin prick type sensation, the bumps are hard small and white, and not really noticeable unless I am erect, they do not turn into open wounds or cuts, recently I was able to pop one and a hard white plug/ core/ root came out and left a tiny crater that has seemed to heal, once the core or plug is removed the tingling stopped, is this herpes? Or worse

we don't look at pictures on either this forum or the std forum. why not is explained in the read before posting posts on both forums which are located under the important announcements tab on both forums.

at thsi point you need to be seen and get a proper exam done. no more picking at these symptoms - get a proper evaluation done.  odds are it's not molluscum and it doesn't really sound like herpes either but certainly cover your bases with a type specific herpes igg blood test to see what your status is for future partners.
