is this herpes?

hello.  i am a male who had unprotected oral sex (im the receiver) about 6 days ago with a prostitute. it was the worst decision i have ever made in my life! i regret this so much and cannot stop thinking about what wrong i have done. i lost my mind that night and clearly was not thinking. i have read several forums but need a specific response to my situation.  what risks do i have of getting an STD? i've heard that the most common is herpes. im seriously freaking out trying to get by day by day.  This encounter occured on a friday and coincidently i had a doc appt for my annual physical the following monday.  i got tested for stds and so forth but my follow up isnt for another two weeks. i cannot wait that long. i also was too ashamed of myself to tell my doctor anything about this although i know i should have.  was it too soon to test for any STDS? as far as symptoms, i have a slight tingling burning sensation mostly AFTER i urinate which stays for a bit of time(maybe few minutes or so). im also peeing a bit more often and not too much urine.  one more symptom is i got a very small red spot on the head of my penis which i believe ive had and seen before that comes and goes maybe my skin is sensitive to clothing or detergent im not sure, but since this felatio encounter...  i dont know what to think right now. another thing to note is that when i slightly squeeze the red spot that feels a bit like a sore, a very tiny bit of clear fluid comes out very tiny bit....im so scared. plz help! thnks

ok...I BELIEVE that maybe this is just a UTI or a urethral infection (only symptom is burning after urinating)....tomorrow i will get my results from a week ago and keep YOU posted. i might have to take an additional test again since you told me and i know the first time was too early to test....thanks talk to you soon.

you've had pain all the time with herpes, not just after you urinate.

ok...does this at all sound like herpes though? i only have burning AFTER i pee mostly and a little bit at the START of peeing. no discharge, slight redness at penis opening as well. no blisters but a few slight red spots around rim of head for which im using clotrimazole is helping to clear up but redness is still slightly present. thanks

This is still low risk for std's in general.

your std testing was all done too early that you had done. it's up to you if you want to repeat it at all later  on.   did they call you with any results of anything yet?  unfortunately now it's the weekend so you probably won't get results until monday at this point. definitely call them monday for follow up if you are still urinating frequently and/or have pain after urination.
