How easy is it to get for brief contact?

I am dating a guy who does not have HSV1 or 2. The other day I gave him oral sex for maybe 5 seconds. I have HSV 1 and 2, later that day my lips started to tingle and but no cold sores at all either place. How likily is it that he will get HSV either 1 or 2? I am so worried as I would feel horrible if he was to get sick? Also how long until he would have symptoms?  PLEASE HELP, I am very confused about this!!!

tell him what you have this is serious dont infect him and make him go through all this. thats a terrible thing to do. tell him and if he stays with you thats great if not then he wasnt for you. dont be untruthful about this. its a serious thing.

I have to disagree, you can still pass the virus without any visible symptoms.
