pubic pimples?

Hi. I'm 20. And a lesbian. I get these red bumps on my vagina right around where the top of my underwear is. There red but there not sore, I've only had two bumps so far and they were about 2 months apart. I was reading on here that someone said it sounds like herpes but I've only been sexually active with one person and we've been having intercourse for over 2 years. And she doesn't have them.
Can someone help me figure out what these may be?

Being clean has nothing to do with one STD status.  If you shower then you are clean.  If you don't have STD's you are STD negative.  If you don't have a ball you are ball negative if you have a ball you are ball positive.

well these don't really sound like herpes going on. try to be seen when you have symptoms and ask for a type specific herpes igg blood test when you are seen in 2 weeks and go from there.

what were your partners herpes test results?

She was tested a few weeks after the bump showed up on me. I have not been tested yet I have a doc appt in less then 2 weeks but wanted to know before hand if it could be herpes, I do shave but not all the time. During the winter and spring its like once a month.

do you shave? if so, these are more likely to be ingrown hairs than anything.

have you and your partner been tested for herpes to know who has what?  A lack of symptoms doesn't mean a lack of infection and in your age group, hsv1 genitally from oral sex is the biggest risk for genital herpes.
