Herpes?

Well I'm almost positive I have herpes :( I have had a few zit like bumps on my upper buttocks. Didn't think of herpes at all at first, but now I am almost positive that's what it is. I have 2 bigger sized "pimples" on my upper buttock that hurt a little when I touch them. My encounter was unprotected sex for 2 minutes. I have been tested negative for HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia. Later that night after the encounter I felt a tingling feeling in my penis and that feeling hasn't really left and it has been almost 4 months. I've read about characteristics of herpes and I guess I don't know if what I'm experiencing is it. Are the outbreaks usually in a cluster? Do they keep reoccuring over and over for awhile? I'm getting tested at the end of this week, but I can almost surely say I have it. This sucks.

Yes you're freaking out for no reason. Your doctor examined you, said it wasn't herpes, and treated you with meds that cleared your issue. If you continue to get pimples, follow up with your doctor or a dermatologist.

Update. I went and got checked at PP and the doctor there said it wasn't herpes, but I had like an inch long rash/looked like tears or cuts along my scrotum/leg. She gave me some ointment and its about cleared up. Im still getting quite a few zits(hopefully) on my buttocks and upper thigh region. I showed those to her too.and she said it didn't look like herpes. I took a blood test just to make sure. Am I freaking out for no reason? I just think this is way to coincidental to not be herpes. I've never had anything like this before...

Pimples on the buttocks can be common, and, an initial herpes outbreak occurs 2-20 days after the encounter, not 4 months. Being seen later in the week is too late - you need to have these swabbed/cultured now. Tingling for 4 months is not a herpes symptom. You can get a blood test, but be sure it's an IgG type specific blood test, but a swab/culture is best when symptomatic. A one time encounter is low risk.
