Well sorry someone was calling me and I had to cut that short.  I had a prolapsed uterus with rectocel and cystocel repairs. My surgeon said I cannot lift anything over 20 pounds and thats not much. My entire life I have moved washers and pianos hahaha no wonder my inners fell out. But now I am older I just can't do it anymore or I will pay for it, thats why I asked if you lift.  However chronic constipation will help to give you a rectocel and maybe even prolapsed rectum, so do be careful. My mum was from Manchester!

I wish you good luck and a speedy recovery. Please keep me posted on your progress. Do you lift heavy things at all and or do you get constipated chronic type?  You must have been having so much discomfort. Hope they fix you up good.

It almost sounds like a hernia the way they are describing it.  I would think when it is repaired you would have lost a good amount of if not all your low back pain with it. Good luck.  Let me know how you make out at doctors.
