Can't log on

Hi ladies
I can't log into MedHelp using windows.  I just discovered I could get on using Firefox.
When I try with Windows I get a message saying "The change you wanted was rejected, Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to".  Any suggestions?
I will check back later.
Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know. Sometimes a corrupt file gets into the cache, especially in IE. Let us know if it happens again.

Well as of the moment, I am able to long on with IE.  Here's hoping it keeps up.  I researched it and couldn't find much help other than to clear my cache which may have been what did it.  Not sure though but just for your info.

Hi Pat,

Emily asked me to ask you if you could upgrade to IE11 and see if that helps.

Please let us know.

Thanks!

What version of IE are you using? When you have that open, click on Help, then go to About Internet Explorer, and it should tell you the version.

Thanks!

OMG, It's Explorer.  Sorry for the "windows" description.  I have always used Explorer for MedHelp but for some reason can't now.

Hi Pat -

Windows is your operating system, so whether you are using Firefox or another browser (Internet Explorer, maybe?), it's all still Windows.

In the browser that's it's not working in, can you check something for me? Do you see Help at the top of the page (by File, Edit, View...)? When you click on that, does it say, "About Internet Explorer" or "About Chrome" or something else?

You can also look in the upper left corner of the window. Is the icon a blue e or something else?

Thanks!

Emily
