How do you change the password from the one they gave you? I can't find how or where! Thanks Kath

Hi,

Once you've followed the above instructions and clicked on "Login and Password," scroll down to the "MedHelp Change Password" section.  You should see three fields - Old Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.  Type your current password in the "Old Password" field.  Then type your desired password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields.  Then click "Change."  This should enable you to have a self-selected password.

This does not allow to change the password to make one of my own. Only allows to use one given to access account by Medhelp. I want to change to make one I will remember. There is no spot to change it. Thanks Kathy

Hi, printze,

If you've deselected "remember me" on the login page, I wonder if your browser is remembering the information.  You might want to check the security section in your browser's options and, if necessary, uncheck the box that says "Remember passwords for sites".

Hi there!

In the upper right corner of every page, you should see "My MedHelp".  From that, choose either Profile or Home.

On either of those, at the upper right of the page, about an inch under where "My MedHelp" is, you will see "Account Settings".

When you click on Account Settings, you will see these options:

Notifications | Login and Password | Block List | Privacy | Preferences

Click on Login and Password, and follow the prompts.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
