HOW TO DELETE FORUMS
there are some forums I rarely visit...how do I delete them from my shortcuts?

You can also go to your profile (click MyMedHelp), and click on the Profile tab on the left side of the page. Scroll down to where you see your Communities listed. Next to each Comminity, you should see an "X Leave". Just click the X and it will remove you from the forum.
If you want to stay in the forum, but not receive notifications from those, then follow Steve's advice.

If I understand what you are asking, one way is to visit the forums you no longer visit and click the Stop watching link at the top right of the forum. Then that forum will no longer appear in your Watch List.
