Having trouble getting pics up

I have tried to up load some pics and it tells me there is an error ...I have found no error .would you look into it ...thank you margy

Just tried again ..I select the pic to change the profile ,I hit save and the message comes up 'an error has occurred please ensure there is an image ' I have tried it with different photos ..it doesnt work I cannot put up any new pics.

When I tried to change my profile pic, I got a message that said, "An error occurred while saving your uploaded image. Please insure that it is an image file."

When I tried to upload a pic to my album, I got this message, "Not all photo(s) could be saved."

Is this what you see as well?

No only the one about image...I will try again but it happened with more than one pic

I tried upload a embryo cat  cute pic from Yahoo news yesterday and got the message "Not all photo(s) could be saved." just like you
I ve tried to upload it in my albuns , not in my profile

Same with me! Ive tried to upload several times thinking maybe it was my data connectivity, but everytime it says the same thing, which is not all photo(s) could be saved. It saves the captions i add, but then all that shows up for the photo is a blue box with a question mark inside.

They are still working on it.  We aren't sure what the status is and if perhaps some people can post pictures and others can't yet. What browser are you using?

Firefox users - I was just able to load a pic on Firefox (I couldn't yesterday).  Can you try?  

I can't change profile pics, though.

Its only my profile pic I cannot change ...I have just added one photo to my album ..Its also taking a while when you hit save ...submitting is taking longer .

I'm having the same trouble! I sent an email to the medhelp tech support so hopefully they get it resolved soon! I was finally able to get another profile pic up last night but I still can't post pics to my journal entries...
