Headings disappeared

On my profile page, my headings have disappeared, the See all' has gone from my photos, "all journal entries' has gone also the Posts' ..in fact all the headings ..be grateful if you would correct it .thank you

Are you able to update your browser?

Also, for posts, photos, etc., you should be able to go to your home page and use the links under "Applications" on the left hand side of the page.

Can you leave notes for anyone else?

I have no headings, can't change my status, and couldn't leave a note for aheart....this has been going on for a few days.  I use IE7

We are still working on the fix for the headings.  Can you go to your home page and use the links under Applications?  Those should work for you in the meantime.

yes I can send notes and messages they have said they cannot send to me ..I still have no headings this morning ..I

It looks like you have gotten notes from others, just not Linda and Butterfly, that you are aware of?

In response to your request that we just report our own problems:

1. The headers and "see all" options are missing on the widgets on my profile page.  (As noted in my previous post, I am now relying on the "work-around you suggested to be able to "see all" of any of the categories.)

2. I have had to login in about 4 times in recent days, when normally I can go weeks (or even months?) without ever having to login. And yes, I always make sure that "Remember me" is checked. (I will start keeping a record, if this happens again, of how often it happens and if it seems to be related to anything in particular.)

3. I have not been "kicked off" the site at all, but when I first try to come to this site from somewhere else, I am frequently navigated away to/by something with an address that starts off "doubleclick..." Once I close down that nuisance tab, MH does open for me, and I am able to stay here as long as I wish.

4. I have not experienced problems of any kind with any other Web sites
(and I'm usually on and off my computer all day long).

That IS a helpful idea: To go to one's home page and click on the links on the left, instead of going to one's profile page as usual!

I was able to open up all my posts, my pictures, and my friends list by employing that work-around.  That will help greatly in "tiding us over" until our profile pages are fully functional again.

Hi there -

For the users who are trying to access Photos, can you try the links on the left of their home page, under Applications?

For the people who are getting logged out, how long are you gone from this site when you go to visit another site? And do you have Remember Me checked when they log in?

For whoever is using IE6 (which I only see from bluebutterfly mentioning it), can you update?  We are not supporting that any longer (nor are many other sites).  IE is now on version 10, and for security reasons, you should update.

It's getting a bit confusing with comments about other member's issues, so can you just post and tell us which problem you are experiencing - either headers/widgets, not staying logged in, both or something else.

If you could mention your browser and what version it is, too, that would be really helpful.

As far as I know, it's still being worked on - the header issue.

The browser change suggestion was specifically for specialmom's issue with the site shutting down.  I'll report it, but problems are always difficult to track if we can't replicate them.

Have any of the mods gone to their OWN profile pages,  to see if they can see their own widget headings, and the "see all" option for each of them?

I didn't find your suggestion to  "try a different browser" very helpful, when people using  IE6, IE7, AND  firefox are ALL reporting problems, and indicating that their  problems are occurring ONLY on this Web site...
(Or was this your answer just for specialmom's issue, not for the problems the rest of us have been reporting?)

Yes, the problem contiues.

Without the headings and "see all"option for the widgets, you cannot access your old posts!

Also, It keeps requiring that I login, when normally I can stay logged in for weeks (or months) without having to login again...

I think I ignored it for a couple aswell ..its been at least 4 I know of ..I can get pics I missed the upload notice ..Its not just you a lot are having problems LOL
