How do you get reports for your trackers??

like.... if i am eating x amount of carbs but i should be eating Y amount. it should prompt you.. saying you need to drink more water or soemthing.... it is good for tracker data if you are fully aware of all the healthy things you suppose to do... it really doesnt say what you lack especially with the food tracker

Hi Suzanne -

It looks as though you are using the food tracker on your iPad. Unfortunately, the reports aren't visible on iOS devices as they require flash.

There are apps that will allow you to run flash, as well as some browsers available in the App Store. We also have an app, My Diet Diary, that may be helpful, though it doesn't currently have reports as detailed as the ones on our site.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi - I'm not sure about the delay, but I will forward this to our app support so we can get an answer for you.

Is the delay on the reports being visible?  I've been using the food tracker for 2 days but the reports are not visible, I can see the titles but nothing else.

Hi there -

You can see reports of what you are eating by clicking on Reports near the top of the Food Diary.  You can see weekly macronutrients (calories, carbs, proteins, etc), weekly micronutrients (vitamins and minerals, etc), and monthly reports of the same.  Here you can see how much of something (carbs, proteins, etc) you are eating, and should you be eating more or less of it.

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you'd like something different, and we will certainly consider it.  Thanks so much for the feedback!
