I have reviewed your instructions on how to change password, however that tab is not available to me on my page.

Is there another way to enable it so I can change my password. I love the website however everytime I try to log in I must get new password..

Thanks for your help!

Hi there -

Go ahead and sign in again, and it should take you to the password page.  Let us know if it doesn't.

This is something we are working on, but are having some difficulty as it doesn't happen with every user, nor every time a user tries it.

I followed the instructions above. When I get to the Password Tab. All it allows me to do is to sign in again. There is no instructions or link to actually change my password. Am I missing something?

It's not one of the drop down choices under My MedHelp.  If you click on My MedHelp (or Profile), maybe an inch or so under that is Messages, Account Settings, and Personalize and Customize.

Choose Account Settings, then the Password tab.

Hope that helps,
Emily

The only items appearing under that header are "home", "profile", and "trackers", none of which seem to provide a way to change password.

Hi Scott,

Click on My MedHelp at the top right of every page, then just under that, click Account Settings.  Then click on the Password tab.
