MedHelp Facial Makeup

I'm actually wondering if you people would want to consider modifying the interface. I mean now every thread appears with all the posts in a single page, and if the number of posts builds up, the reader has to scroll all the way to the bottom and this may get annoying for those accessing MedHelp on cellphones. Instead, you could make posts appear like every 10 pages or so to make each thread easier to browse especially for those with slow connection.

I prefer all the replies to a thread remaining on one page. I would not want to  have to load page after page after page, just to get to the bottom of a thread to post my latest answer. (Two of the threads I have worked actively on recently have reached over 100 comments!)

If you come up with an option to help cell phone users, that's great, but only if you leave the current format as an option as well!

I prefer it this way.  I work on computers with a variety of speed.  No matter how fast or slow, once a page is loaded it is still a huge pain and time-waster to read ten posts and then have to load a whole new page.  It would make me less likely to come back and review a topic if I had to sort through several screens of stuff I had already read to get to new stuff.

If change is considered, please enable us to choose the number of replies we wish to see per page.

I passed this on to the developers and engineers, and they are discussing ways to make this happen.  There is no guarantee, and no timeline, but it is being discussed.  :)

Yeah something like that. Should've been said every 10 POSTS instead of pages. Just something more compact on our browser.

So, just to clarify, if a thread has 30 responses, you'd like posts 1-10 on page 1, 11-20 on page 2, and 21-30 on page 3?  

I'm not sure if that is what you meant, so please feel free to let us know if it isn't, and others - please feel free to let us know what you think, too.
