We do have Vet forums. Click on Pets at the top right of every page. It doesn't usually take a long time to get a response. How long have you been waiting?
As for using a credit card, our payment pages are SSL-encrypted to ensure that your personal and credit card information is fully protected. Payment is handled by one of the two largest payment systems on the Internet with an impeccable reputation of being secure and reliable. Furthermore, no credit card information is stored on MedHelp's servers and it is only used to execute the current transaction, so there is zero long term risk.
