Anytime I am trying, there is a note "unvalid veryfing code of your card". I have not problem with money!!! Do anyone know some other method how to pay a fee and ask doctor a question. Hi there -

I haven't heard that about specific cards, and if it's your specific card, I'm afraid there isn't too much we can do to help.

I did a search on the Expert forum for you and found these -

The card number is right and I have entered the 3 numbers on the back correctly. I red that some VISA´s are unable to do this kind of transactions. I am totally desperate. I need to put my question to doctor and I am not able to. For me, this is a matter of life and death.

Hi there -

When it asks for the security code, or the 3 digit number on the back of the card, are you entering that correctly?   That's the 3 digit number on the back, usually on the line where you sign it.  It ensures that the person using the card actually has the card, and didn't just steal the number somewhere.

Please let us know if this is not the case.  Your card should be going through.

In the meantime, search the HIV Expert forum for your question.  In most cases, it's already been answered.
