Tech. Problems with Forum?

Weird stuff keeps happening on the forum.  I had opened up a new User Forum, and today the title is in white letters so you can't read it, the background is also white, I tried to upload a pic and it's not taking when it should (how long does it take to show up?), and every single day my Interests disappear?

Under User Forum where I created the forum, what does it mean when I alert all members about the group?  Does that mean literally everyone?  Thank you.

Not "bugging" us at all, that's why we, and this forum, are here :) We will have our engineers working on that and hope to have a resolution soon!

Thanks for looking into the tech. problems.  When I upload a photo t changed everything to white (fonts & background).  For now until you find out more info., I have changed it back to a regular icon, which displays only when you do a search...my User group does not appear in the listing of User Groups (even with posts in it).  So that's another problem.

Re:Interests (mine), they now show up on my home page, but interests for the User Group, which are different, do not show up at all.

A few glitches to have worked on.  Sorry to bug you.

Hi there -

The issue seems to be with having a photo uploaded and not choosing an icon. I tested this, and if you have a photo, it gives you the white area. If you choose an icon, it doesn't. I'll report it to engineering. In the meantime, you'll have to choose an icon. I'm sorry.

If you send a message to all members, it will only be to the members of your group.

Hi - I'm so sorry you're experiencing more problems! I think the font is designed to be white so when you upload a photo the text will show on top of it.  Can you tell me what happens when you try to upload a photo?

I see interests listed in your profile today.  Did you add them back in today or do they still appear to be missing on your end?

I believe the "alert all" option will only notify all the members of your group, but I will check on that to be sure.
