asking expert before 15 days and still no answer

hi

before 15 days i asked aquestion in expert form and i paid money,till now i didnt get my answer?so what is the reason??they will pay back the money for me if the doctor not answering me?actually after 2 days i will see my specialist doctor so even he is answer it is useless??

thank you for answering,i saw my doctor,not problem if the doctor still can answer i want 2nd opinion.better to answer than sending back the money,if the doctor can answer

sorry for taking your time,today the ENT doctor answered all questions even those asked a question after me,but he didn't answer my question i dont know if he didn't see my question ,or my question was do diffculut !
