Do I have IBS?

I feel like I have to relieve a bowel movement alot and when I do not very much comes out and in small sizes and shortly after I feel like I could go again and the same thing happens. I never feel like I have let out a full bowel movement. And somettimes when I have to go I get a real real bad sharp pain and then not much comes out, What is wrong with me>

Does the pain persist after the bowel movement? Like throughout the day?  Hw does it feel?

I feel partially relieved after the bowel movement, but I still feel like I could go more. When I do go the the bathroom its not very much and they are like pebble sized.
