my husband and i want to have another child. But the thing thats holding me back is that i have kidney stones and ill have them for the rest of my life. would it be a bad idea to get pregnant?

If you have stones and will have the rest of your life, I would encourage you to check out our forum for MSK patients.  We have a defect in our kidneys that causes stones.  It is called Medullary Sponge Kidney disease.  Many of us live with a life time of stones so the site maybe a help to you

I would talk to obgyn and your urologist hey can help i have stones and will have them the rest of my life dr said i could have another child if i can handle the pain
