Can anyone interpret my USG report?

Liver is enlarged, measures 20.1 cm in carcino-caudal axis with diffuse mild fatty parenchymal echoes. Multiple non homogenous small hypoechoic nodules of various sizes are seen in both lobes of liver with well defined margins and no internal calcification or vascularity, largest nodule measuring 1.8* 1.6 cm - suggestive of Multiple Metastatic Nodules. No intrahepatic biliary dilatation is seen.
IMPRESSION:

Multiple metastatic nodule in both lobes of liver.
Hepatomegaly with diffuse mild fatty changes.

You need to talk to you doctor and have them explain exactly what is means. I don't think it is appropriate for anyone but your doctor to explain the meaning of these results in terms you can understand. They should then work with you to decide what the best course of action is.

More tests should be performed to confirm these results.

I wish you all the best.
