Diet for an ex-alcoholic with yellow eyes and symptoms.

I have had symptoms of alcoholic liver for a number of months.   Because of some personal issue i went on a large bender culmunating in a week of 26oz and the last day an illicit narcotic i think i od' on possibly a heart attack.  I had completely yellow eyes, sweats, delirum, couldnt breath.  Yellow eyes like i have seen on others before, but they have tappered off but still there and most of the side affects other than my back kills.  So the point is i need to coach my liver back to health if it can be done.  I quit drinking btw.

What is a proper diet or a coaching diet to prevent more issues?  I dont have much appetite, so small portions are best.

Tips?
