Take heed and realize that at such a young age your liver is responding to the alcohol abuse. It's awesome that you are addressing the fact before the damage has occurred. Not only will drinking affect your liver, but drugs will also cause distress. The combo will likely exasperate the outcome.
At this time your liver will heal if you quit partying. Prolonged abuse on the other hand can/will create problems down the road. You only have one life and being sick with liver disease is a road you don't want to travel,
Best to you

And yes, these numbers are a warning of over consumption of alcohol. Your ALT and AST levels indicate that alcoholic hepatitis is likely present. These is backed up by the intrahepatic cholestasis caused by the liver's swollen parenchyma. You will need to see a doctor for this, and to assess whether other issues or diseases maybe at play.
Please see your doctor before you quit cold turkey - this can be dangerous wrt withdrawal issues, etc. But changes need to be made now, but long term damage occurs. Keep in mind that it typically takes a long time to become cirrhotic and at advanced stage liver disease. So if you get control of things now, you can be very healthy after your liver recuperates, which it will once the alcohol stops.
Taske care and hope you are able to make some healthy changes in your life.
