According to mayo clinic's website, Gilbert's syndrome typically doesn't cause symptoms, but if it causes your bilirubin to get high enough, you might experience yellowing to the whites of your eyes and your skin, pain in your abdomen, weakness and fatigue. A HIDA scan with ejection fraction or an MRCP might reveal something that your ultrasound didn't. Does the pain get worse at night or after eating certain types of food?
Not really no, its more random, it just comes and goes as it pleases
Is it worth with certain positions or movement?
nope, but whn it comes it last a couple of minutes then goes away
Any change in bowel habits?
I was told sometimes a HIDA scan can pick up what an ultrasound misses when it comes to a gallbladder problem.
