CT scan of neck and chest

Sir, Attached is the imaging report of my brother who is in Mumbai, and under the treatment of hemeopathy medicines, could you please analysis and let me know about his illness and cure,

he has been suffering with hoarse voice since 16 months, difficulty with breathing at times, with headache. he has been eating tabacco pan since three decades.
