Lung Cancer?
my sister had chest xray and CT. Has had several episodes of not being able to breath (ended up in ER and no "asthma" tx alliviated inability to breath) with "rails" sounds and cough. CT says calcified peripheral nodule. R.  upper lobe. calcified granuloma L upper lobe. there is a nodule in the R middle lobe w/ some calcification. mediastinal and hilar adenopathy. R hilar node 2.1 X 1.3cm and subcarinal node approx. 2.5  1.4 cm . Has had several more "episodes" and can not laugh without bringing on one of the coughjing fits.  Cough has been off and on for some time now.  No parenchymal mass is identified.  Diagnosis?
