Lung cancer

Hi, my sister had tumor on one of her legs and it got cut from above the knee 2 years back and then she had undergone for chemotherapies.    now she had severe cough and shoulder pain and went to doctor after a scan the report says MIXED ECHOGENIC AREA SEEN IN BOTH PLEURAL CAVITY RIGHT LEFT,  HEMORRHAGIC PLEURAL EFFUSION WITH SOLID METASTATIC MASS LESION RIGHT LUNG.   we afraid the cancer cells spread to the lungs.  Is it possible to do some more chemotherapies now  and will it be effective??  awaiting your valuable suggestions.
