Please help soon!

by easymomma52, Jan 10, 2009 05:31PM
My daughter got sick a couple weeks or so ago,she is 38,good health and a non smoker.she started coughing, aching, and running a high temp.they told her it is pneumonia.well the antibiotics helped some and she
went back to work only to get sick again ,then went back and got the chest xray ,that showed a mass in the upper part of the left lung and they said it looked like pneumonia and treated her with several meds, one being leviquin.a strong antibiotic, she is feeling much better and the fever has subsided.my question is does pneumonia in that part of the lung look like a mass?or can pneumonia resemble a mass in the lung?and is it standard procedure to repeat the x ray to check the mass again?   please help ...thank you and God Bless!
