SCLC ltd with mets to right adrenal

My biopsy was Jan 2nd 2010 and I immediately started chemo. I had been off chemo since Aug 2008.
On May 3 2010 after 4 rounds, my onc canceled all further treatment when I asked for a stronger medicine
for my acid reflux. Upset, I hired a new doctor but am not able to see them until tomorrow. My 2cm tumor had shrunk
to 9mm in March but now has grown to  2.4CM!!!! What treatment options should I be fighting for?
