fluid in the lung for the third time

Hi,can anyone please tell me what seems to be the problem,I've had fluid drained from my lungs twice and it came back again for the third time.  The thoracic surgeon took biopsy tissue of my left lung but everything came back negative.  Since,the second surgery,I've also developed DVT in my left leg right after the first procedure and now I'm having alot of pain in my right inner thigh and it's swollen,it's very painful to the touch,can any doctors please tell me what is going on or what's wrong with me.  I don't understand why the fluid came back and why I'm having so much pain in my right inner thigh now.  Please help...Thank you.
