Magnesium Sulfate Lotion by Morton (Epson salt lotion) for neck/sore muscles
I just found this by the Epson salt in the Wal Mart pharma. Its awesome, no mess like Mag brine spray, less time than a salt bath. Comes in a small shampoo type bottle, soaks in fast..
It works quickly to, just apply where you need it to melt away sore tight muscles.
You can only take so much mag in pill form (plus ingested mag needs to be 3 hours from ABX).
As far as Magnesium in pill form, any that ends in "ate" absorbs well and has direct results in calmness and muscle tension. Mag "oxide" is the least absorb-able form - dont bother.
If you have tense muscles from Lyme, try this, you'll like it.

Sounds interesting. I tried some a couple years ago after I saw it at a pharmacy, but it left a sticky residue that dried on my skin and had to be washed off.
